Report: 49ers working to finalize trade for Bryce Huff

The San Francisco 49ers are acquiring defensive end Bryce Huff from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a Day 3 draft pick. The trade, finalized after June 1st, involves a contract restructure for Huff, with the Eagles paying $9.05 million and the 49ers covering the remaining $7.95 million. Huff, who previously played under 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh, will bolster San Francisco's edge rusher position. The deal reunites Huff with Saleh, under whom he had a career-high 10 sacks.
