Red Sox Face Tough Call on Top Prospect Anthony | JQJO

Boston Red Sox chief baseball officer Craig Breslow addressed the team's recent losing streak and the potential promotion of top prospect Roman Anthony. Breslow cited concerns about the pressure on a 21-year-old joining a struggling team and the need for consistent playing time. Promoting Anthony would require significant roster changes, potentially displacing key players like Ceddanne Rafaela and Trevor Story. Breslow faces a difficult decision: promote Anthony and risk further disruption, or keep him in the minors while the Red Sox continue to struggle.
