Ford Recalls 1 Million Vehicles for Faulty Cameras

Read, Watch or Listen

Ford is recalling over 1 million vehicles in the US due to a software problem causing delayed, frozen, or blank rearview camera images. Affected models include the Bronco, Edge, F-150, Escape, Expedition, Mustang, Mustang Mach-E, Lincoln Navigator, and Lincoln Nautilus from model years 2021-2024. A software update will be provided over-the-air or at dealerships. Ford reported one minor crash related to the issue, resulting in property damage. This recall follows a previous, larger recall and a significant NHTSA fine for slow action on a similar issue.
