Google is releasing Android 16's colorful Material 3 interface to beta testers. The QPR1 beta update boasts a revamped launcher, notifications, lock screen, and quick settings, similar to Apple's design. Eligible Pixel devices (Pixel 6 and up) registered in the Android Beta program can access it. Those already in the beta can opt out before installing the update to avoid data loss.
