Boeing secured a record-breaking $96 billion deal with Qatar Airways for up to 210 aircraft, including 787 Dreamliners and 777Xs. The agreement, signed during President Trump's visit to Qatar, is Boeing's largest-ever widebody order and will support over 154,000 US jobs annually. The deal comes as Boeing seeks to recover from years of losses and safety concerns, and amidst controversy surrounding a separate gift of a luxury jet to the US from Qatar. The 777X, however, is significantly delayed.
