Columbia University has suspended over 65 students and banned 33 others, including alumni and students from affiliated institutions, following a pro-Palestinian protest at Butler Library. Approximately 80 participants were arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct after disrupting exams and damaging library property. The university cited the protest as an "outrageous" disruption. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is reviewing the visa status of participants for potential deportation.
