Cheryl Cole, Liam Payne's ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, has been appointed administrator of his $32.2 million estate. Payne, a former One Direction member, died last October after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina. The court documents state the estate's gross value is $38 million. Cole and an attorney will manage the estate, but distribution is limited until further legal processes are complete. Payne's death was ruled accidental, though drugs were found in his system, and charges against several individuals related to the incident were later dropped.
