PlayStation Studios has acquired teamLFG, a new studio comprised of ex-Bungie developers. Based in Bellevue, WA, teamLFG is developing a mysterious multiplayer game described as a "frog-type" project, blending elements of fighting games, platformers, MOBAs, and life sims. The game, previously known as Project Gummy Bears, aims for a lighthearted, comedic, science-fantasy aesthetic and will involve community participation in development. This acquisition follows Sony's purchase of Bungie in 2022.
