Giants Draft Dart: Bold Move Secures Future QB
Tap title to read story
The New York Giants made a significant move in the NFL draft, selecting edge rusher Abdul Carter third overall and then trading up to acquire quarterback Jaxson Dart at pick 25. General Manager Joe Schoen, in a strategic maneuver, traded the Giants' second and two third-round picks (one in the current year, one next year) to the Texans to secure Dart. Schoen emphasized that Dart will develop behind veteran quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston, preparing him to potentially take over as starter around 2026. The Giants' bold draft strategy positions them for long-term success.
