Sky, a Comcast-owned network, has officially greenlit a UK remake of Saturday Night Live, set to premiere in 2026. This marks the most high-profile international version of the show. Lorne Michaels will executive produce, and the show will maintain the live format with rotating hosts and musical guests. While SNL has a following in the UK, its popularity is less widespread than in the US. The show's airtime in the UK is yet to be determined.
