Google Workspace Flows, unveiled at Cloud Next 2025, automates multi-step processes using AI-powered Gems. New features in Google Workspace apps include audio summaries and full audio versions in Docs, 'Help me refine' and 'Help me analyze' features in Docs and Sheets respectively, Gemini integration for meeting summaries and note-taking in Meet and Chat, and AI-powered video clip generation in Vids. Enhanced data residency controls for Gemini are also introduced, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and ITAR. Many features are currently in alpha or will be available later this year.
