Robert Pattinson is reportedly in talks to play the main villain, possibly Scytale, in Legendary's upcoming Dune: Messiah. While no offer has been made yet, Pattinson's potential involvement follows the success of the previous Dune films, which featured a star-studded cast. Dune: Messiah, directed by Denis Villeneuve, is slated to begin filming this summer for a December 2026 release. The film will conclude Villeneuve's Dune trilogy before he moves onto other projects.
