President Donald Trump, speaking aboard Air Force One en route to Gyeongju, South Korea, appeared to concede he cannot seek a third term, saying, "I guess I'm not allowed to run," even as he touted his "highest" poll numbers. Asked about House Speaker Mike Johnson's view that there's no path for a third term, Trump sidestepped and again touted his numbers. Trump said he'd "love" a 2028 bid, but the 22nd Amendment bars a third election and Johnson said he doesn't see a way to amend it. Trump also ruled out a vice-presidential run as "too cute."
