Sean “Diddy” Combs is expected to leave federal custody on May 8, 2028, according to Bureau of Prisons records, after receiving a 50-month sentence on two prostitution-related charges. In court this month, he spoke for about 12 minutes, saying he takes full accountability, calling his domestic violence a heavy burden and describing himself as sick on drugs and out of control. His attorneys have appealed the conviction and sentence and asked Judge Arun Subramanian to recommend a transfer from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center to FCI Fort Dix for drug treatment.
