Rookie Duo Powers Giants’ 34-17 Rout

On a charged Thursday night in East Rutherford, rookies Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo drove the Giants’ 34-17 takedown of the Eagles. Dart sprinted 19 yards for the opener and later found Wan’Dale Robinson for a 35-yard score. Skattebo barreled in three rushing touchdowns and 98 yards on 19 carries, becoming only the franchise’s second rookie back to rush for three TDs in a game. Brian Burns logged two sacks as New York (2-4) capitalized on two late takeaways and bled the final 6:50 with a 12-play march, sending the home crowd into celebration.
