Police Arrest Two British Men in Stabbing Rampage on Train

Two British men, ages 32 and 35, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a stabbing rampage on a London bound train left 11 people hospitalized, police said. Four have been discharged; two remain in life threatening condition. The train made an emergency stop at Huntingdon, where armed officers boarded; arrests came within eight minutes of the first 7:42 p.m. call. Police said there is no indication of terrorism and the motive is unclear. Prime Minister Keir Starmer called it concerning, while witnesses recalled panic and blood on seats; extra officers were deployed and rail disruptions announced.
