Polanco hits winning single as the Mariners beat the Tigers

Jorge Polanco lined a walk-off single in the 15th inning, lifting the Seattle Mariners past the Detroit Tigers 3-2 in Game 5 and into the AL Championship Series. His hit scored J.P. Crawford before 47,025 roaring fans, ending the longest winner-take-all postseason game in baseball history.
