Oregon Sues Trump Over National Guard Deployment

Oregon has sued the federal government to prevent the deployment of 200 National Guard troops to Portland. Governor Tina Kotek and Attorney General Dan Rayfield argue President Trump's claims of "war ravaged" conditions are "pure fiction" and that federal control of state reservists is unlawful.
