Joe Biden is undergoing radiation and hormone therapy for prostate cancer diagnosed in May, his spokesperson said Saturday morning. The five-week course marks a new phase after months on hormone pills, and follows his disclosure that the “aggressive” disease has spread to his bones. Biden, who left the White House in January after Donald Trump’s 2024 victory, has said he remains optimistic. He also had Mohs surgery in September to remove cancerous skin cells. He returned to his Delaware home after his term ended and turns 83 next month.
