Jets edge Bengals in 39-38 comeback

The winless Jets roared back Sunday to edge the Bengals 39-38 in Cincinnati, their first victory under first-year coach Aaron Glenn. Breece Hall ran for two scores and, with under two minutes left, threw a four-yard touchdown to Mason Taylor. Justin Fields, back under center after last week’s benching, threw for 244 yards as New York piled up 502 yards; a replay-overturned two-point pass to Isaiah Davis proved crucial. Joe Flacco had 223 yards and two TDs, but Cincinnati—now 3-5—blew leads of 31-16 and 38-24 before a final Jets stop sealed the comeback amid defensive lapses.
