Honduran man fatally struck on highway while fleeing immigration agents in Virginia

A 24-year-old Honduran man, Josué Castro Rivera, died after fleeing an ICE stop in Norfolk, Virginia, and being struck while trying to cross I-264, authorities said. He had been headed to a gardening job; his brother called the death an injustice and is raising funds to return the body to Honduras.
