Dutch vote leaves centrists and Wilders tied

Official tallies in the Netherlands showed Democrats 66 and Geert Wilders’s Party for Freedom locked on the same number of seats, ANP reported, turning a tense overnight lead for the centrists into a tie by morning. With about 15,000 more votes out of over nine million, Mr. Jetten’s party edged ahead, a win for the political center and a sharp setback for Mr. Wilders, whose party was set to lose 11 seats. Other major parties have ruled out governing with him, complicating any bid to form a government.
