Chargers roll as ground game overwhelms Vikings

The Chargers took control against the Vikings at SoFi, piling up 158 rushing yards through three quarters and building a 24-3 cushion behind touchdowns by Oronde Gadsden II, Kimani Vidal and a 27-yard Justin Herbert strike to Ladd McConkey. Minnesota finally answered after a Herbert interception, as Carson Wentz hit Jordan Addison following penalties for 12 men and illegal contact that extended the drive. Will Reichard nailed a 54-yarder, and Cameron Dicker missed from 49. Injuries mounted: Derwin James and Tony Jefferson (Chargers) and Christian Darrisaw and Josh Oliver (Vikings) were all questionable to return.
