Police have arrested three suspects in last month’s audacious Louvre heist, but the $100 million in jewelry snatched from the Apollo Gallery remains missing. Investigators say two men cut through a second-floor window on Oct. 19, emptied two display cases, exited via an electrical ladder, and sped off on motor scooters with two accomplices; the theft took under 10 minutes, in daylight, among visitors. Four people have been charged, including a suspect’s partner for complicity. DNA at the scene guided arrests, including an Algerian stopped at Charles de Gaulle and a Frenchman detained near Aubervilliers.
