Four people were killed and at least 12 injured in a shooting around midnight Saturday in Leland, Mississippi, officials said. Mayor John Lee told CBS News the gunfire erupted on a main street; four of the wounded were airlifted to local hospitals, and their conditions were not immediately known. No suspects are in custody as the investigation continues. People were in town for Leland High School’s homecoming, and the district’s website listed a game against Charleston High School.
