Taylor hat trick propels Colts to league-best 6-1

Inglewood saw the Colts rumble past the Chargers 38-24, as league rushing leader Jonathan Taylor scored three times — his third such game this season — pushing Indianapolis to a league-best 6-1. Taylor’s touchdown runs of 23, 8 and 19 yards capped drives of 75, 14 and 73, and his 697 yards and 10 TDs top the NFL. He joined Jim Brown, Priest Holmes and Derrick Henry with three triple-TD rushing outings in the first seven games. New addition Daniel Jones went 23-of-34 for 288 yards and two scores, and Indianapolis leads in scoring and yards per play.
