France arrests crew of tanker thought to be in Russia 'shadow fleet'

French authorities have arrested the captain and first officer of the sanctioned tanker Boracay, suspected of operating for Russia's "shadow fleet." The vessel was in Danish waters during recent drone incidents that disrupted air traffic near Copenhagen and Esbjerg. The arrests were made after French Navy commandos boarded the ship.
