Hurts' deep strikes lift Eagles past Vikings

Jalen Hurts shredded Minnesota with precision and nerve, capping the night with a 45-yard strike to A.J. Brown on 3rd-and-9 to seal the win and move the Eagles to 5-2. Hurts threw for 328 yards and three touchdowns, going 4-for-4 for 189 yards and two scores on throws of 25-plus air yards, and 7-of-8 for 145 yards on third and fourth downs. Minnesota stalled repeatedly, going 0-for-4 in the red zone as Carson Wentz’s mistakes—including a pick-six—kept drives to field goals.
