DENTON and WEAVERVILLE results this week show North Rowan won the 2A Central Regional with three individual champions, while West Rowan traveled Friday to defeat North Buncombe 1-0 in the 5A state softball second round; teams now prepare for upcoming state championships and the next playoff match scheduled for Tuesday.
