Tens of thousands marched in Berlin on Saturday demanding an end to the Israel-Hamas war and the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Protesters called for a halt to German arms exports to Israel and EU sanctions. The demonstration, supported by various organizations, saw approximately 50,000 participants. A smaller counter-protest in favour of Israel also occurred, with isolated scuffles reported. Similar protests took place in other European cities.
