Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy is doubtful to play in Saturday's Southeastern Conference game against Florida due to a left shoulder injury sustained last week. Rebels coach Pete Golding told ESPN that Lacy's status remains uncertain ahead of kickoff in Gainesville, Florida. Lacy was downgraded on Friday's injury report after leaving the victory against LSU in the third quarter. The 2025 All-American and Doak Walker Award finalist has rushed for 191 yards and four touchdowns this season. Without Lacy, sophomore JT Lindsey and Michigan State transfer Makhi Frazier are expected to split carries against the No. 21 Gators. No newer material development was located during the final freshness search conducted on September 26, 2026, at 10:20 PM PKT.

The International team achieved a historic clean sweep on Day 2 of the Presidents Cup at Medinah Country Club, winning all five foursomes matches to secure a commanding 7-3 lead over Team USA. Captain Geoff Ogilvy's squad recorded twenty-seven birdies without conceding a single bogey throughout Friday's alternate-shot session. Notable results included Corey Conners and Nick Taylor defeating world number one Scottie Scheffler and Sam Burns one up, while Tom Kim and Si Woo Kim comfortably dispatched Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay four and three. This performance marks only the third time in tournament history that the Internationals have whitewashed an entire session and their first ever clean sweep on American soil. The U.S. team now faces a significant deficit heading into the weekend sessions with twenty points remaining available. Captain Brandt Snedeker emphasized that ample competition remains as the squad attempts to overcome the four-point margin.
