Hyperscale data center developer DayOne Data Centers has filed for an initial public offering in the United States, seeking a Nasdaq listing under the ticker DODC. The regulatory document reveals explosive top line expansion driven by soaring demand for digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence capacity. Full year 2025 revenue reached 484.3 million dollars, representing a 172 percent year over year increase, while revenue for the first six months of 2026 hit 512.0 million dollars compared to 151.5 million dollars in the prior year period. Despite rapid top line growth, the company posted a net loss of 77.2 million dollars for the first half of 2026, improving from a 367.1 million dollar net loss in full year 2025. Operating 962 megawatts across ten global markets with 2.3 gigawatts of customer bookings, DayOne estimates it requires an additional 11.4 billion dollars in capital to fund international expansion and existing agreements.
