The touring lineup of the Beach Boys has further delayed its 2026 concert schedule, pushing back a planned return to the stage. The band previously scrubbed nearly 30 summer concerts scheduled between late July and September 3, citing a need for a short break to recharge for frontman Mike Love. The Endless Summer Gold Tour, commemorating the 60th anniversary of Pet Sounds, was initially scheduled to resume on September 24 at The Big E Arena in West Springfield, Massachusetts. However, organizers announced that the restart is pushed further into October. The disrupted schedule impacts multiple North American cities, including Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with automatic refunds issued for canceled dates. Longtime collaborator Dean Torrence noted that Mike Love, 85, faced difficulties during recent performances. Meanwhile, founding member Al Jardine continues touring separately with the Pet Sounds Band.
