The Las Vegas Raiders have secured an impressive two-game winning streak to open the season, propelled primarily by a dominant and multi-faceted pass rush under newly appointed head coach Klint Kubiak and defensive coordinator scheme adjustments. Through the opening two weeks, the defensive front leads the National Football League in quarterback pressure rate while accumulating eight total sacks. Veteran edge rusher Maxx Crosby remains the focal point of opposing protections, commanding a league-high double-team rate that creates advantageous one-on-one matchups across the defensive line. The strategic addition of Kwity Paye and contributions from a revitalized front enable Las Vegas to dictate terms through a standard four-man rush without relying on heavy blitz packages. This relentless pressure played a decisive role in a Week 2 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers, forcing crucial turnovers and stalling drives. The team now prepares for an upcoming road test against the New Orleans Saints.
