Pretty Ricky Member Spectacular Smith Sued For Sexual Assault

Musician and reality television personality Spectacular Blue Smith, known as a member of the R and B group Pretty Ricky, is facing a civil lawsuit filed in the Maricopa County Superior Court. The complaint was brought by Arizona resident Alexis Dieng, who accuses the performer of sexual assault, assault, and battery stemming from an alleged incident in October 2025. According to court filings, Smith contacted Dieng via Instagram under the pretext of seeking restaurant recommendations before arranging an in-person meeting at a Phoenix residence. The lawsuit alleges that Smith initiated non-consensual sexual intercourse, applied pressure to her neck, and secretly recorded the encounter. Dieng reported the incident to the Phoenix Police Department and underwent a forensic examination at a Family Advocacy Center, which documented physical trauma. The civil complaint seeks punitive damages against Smith, while legal proceedings continue in Arizona.
