Former Chicago Bulls general manager Marc Eversley sells Southport Corridor home for $2.4M

Former Chicago Bulls general manager Marc Eversley and his wife, Jennifer Delvecchio, have successfully sold their luxury residence in Chicago's Southport Corridor neighborhood for 2.4 million dollars, eclipsing its initial asking price of approximately 2.3 million dollars. The couple originally acquired the 4,750-square-foot brick-and-limestone property in September 2020 for 1.61 million dollars, shortly after Eversley assumed his executive role with the franchise. Built in 2001, the upscale single-family home features five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, four fireplaces, a lower-level home theater, heated primary bathroom floors, and extensive recent kitchen upgrades including quartz waterfall counters and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Outdoor amenities include a rooftop deck and an additional deck positioned above a detached, heated 2.5-car garage. This real estate transaction follows the front-office shakeup earlier in the year when the Chicago Bulls organization officially parted ways with Eversley, marking a transition point for the former executive.
