Polish game developer CD Projekt RED announced that a remastered version of its blockbuster role-playing game The Witcher 3 will launch on September twenty-ninth. The release precedes a newly confirmed third expansion titled Songs of the Past, scheduled for a two thousand twenty-seven rollout. Unveiled during the Opening Night Live showcase at the Gamescom trade fair, the remastered title will be provided as a free upgrade to existing owners across personal computers and current-generation consoles, alongside a native edition for Nintendo's successor platform. Company representatives stated that the update bundles two legacy expansions into the base package at no additional cost. Financial analysts project the initiative will expand total lifetime sales figures past seventy million units ahead of the upcoming narrative expansion.
