Country singer Jelly Roll delivered sharp remarks about President Donald Trump during his guest-hosting stint on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. Addressing Trump’s recent public appearance at the Freedom 250 Grand Prix, the musician joked about a motorcade lap of honor. The artist subsequently cited a published report indicating Trump gained fourteen pounds, contrasting the figure with his own documented weight loss of three hundred pounds. Jelly Roll further referenced historical video footage showing Trump critiquing physical appearances, responding with comparable personal commentary about physical fitness. The monologue drew widespread viewer attention across media platforms. The performer previously stated he maintains no formal political party alliance. Observers noted the remarks highlight the intersection of entertainment figures and political satire on late-night television. Network representatives have not issued additional statements regarding the broadcast segment, which aired during the scheduled four-night guest hosting engagement.
