California Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency for Orange County on Saturday. Mandatory evacuation orders remain in effect for approximately 50,000 residents near the facility. The Disneyland Resort, located approximately 8 kilometers from the facility, remains outside the evacuation zone and has not been directly affected.
