Reality Star's Teen Son Arrested for 'Aggravated Sodomy'

Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of former reality television star Kim Zolciak and retired NFL player Kroy Biermann, has been arrested and charged as an adult with felony aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. The arrest stems from an alleged incident on April 23, 2026, inside a family changing area at a Life Time Fitness facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. According to Alpharetta police warrants, a 15-year-old female classmate accused Biermann Jr. of physical restraint and forced sexual contact. Following a medical evaluation, hospital examinations found no male DNA. Defense attorney Jason Sheffield maintains his client's absolute innocence, highlighting a passed polygraph test. Zolciak similarly denounced the charges as reckless and troubling. Biermann Jr. is currently being held without bond in a youth detention center, with a Fulton County court hearing scheduled for September 1.
