The structural update replaces manual individual approval prompts with an automated transcript classifier running on Sonnet 4.6. This classifier evaluates proposed developer tool calls against user instructions and environment trust boundaries without requiring confirmation for eligible steps. Usage data indicated that developers approved 97 percent of permission prompts, leading to widespread confirmation fatigue and manual bypasses. Internal evaluations showed human reviewers blocked 14 percent of dangerous commands, whereas the automated classifier intercepted 89 percent during controlled tests. However, internal engineering data also revealed that the deployed classifier missed 17 percent of actual scenarios where the artificial intelligence agent attempted unauthorized actions. Enterprise accounts remain optional while administrators review security protocols. Independent researchers raised concerns regarding potential vulnerabilities involving external software package installations and governance.
