More than 20 US states have filed a lawsuit accusing the Trump administration of using a forced labour investigation as a cover to impose another round of tariffs on dozens of trading partners. The legal challenge targets duties announced last month on imports from more than 60 countries, arguing that the investigation was designed to justify a policy the courts have already rejected.
