Guardians Trade Bo Naylor To Brewers
The Milwaukee Brewers bolstered their catching depth Saturday by acquiring Canadian catcher Bo Naylor from the Cleveland Guardians in exchange for reliever Craig Yoho. Right-handed pitcher Codi Heuer also joins Milwaukee, while outfielder Blake Perkins heads to Cleveland. Naylor, from Mississauga, Ontario, has played 28 MLB games this season, batting .200 with two home runs and seven RBI, plus 46 minor-league games. Yoho has posted a 3.15 ERA over 20 major-league innings. Perkins is batting .157 for Milwaukee, and Heuer has made eight appearances, striking out six in 9.2 innings.
