Paul “PK” Kemsley filed new court documents responding to estranged wife Dorit Kemsley's assertions regarding her financial expenditures and contract terms for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In court records obtained by Us Weekly, PK, 58, stated that Dorit's employment contract contains no explicit requirement compelling her to update or maintain a high-end wardrobe, hair, and makeup as a condition of employment. PK asserted that Dorit's claim that she must purchase luxury clothing and accessories to appear on the television program is not supported by any contractual agreement. According to the documents, PK claims that Dorit, 50, spent $909,000 over a 14-month period ending February 28, 2026, while returning $86,000 in retail purchases between December 28, 2024, and June 28, 2025. PK argued that these clothing expenditures are excessive and bypassed the prioritization of financial obligations for the residence and family. The filings are part of ongoing legal proceedings in California concerning the couple's divorce, asset division, and the status of their shared Beverly Hills residence. PK maintained in the documents that he previously supplied financial support covering mortgage payments, utilities, nannies, a house manager, and school tuition following their separation. Legal representatives for both parties continue to litigate the terms of the split. Neither Dorit nor PK has provided additional public remarks outside of the official court filings.
