Court documents obtained by TMZ state Griffith has 14 days to comply, with a broader deadline extending to mid-August 2026 for full production. The ruling follows Griffith’s public claim that he possesses over 100 pages of messages supporting his allegations of assault at a Maryland residence. Diggs’ legal team sought the records for discovery. Earlier in May 2026, Diggs was acquitted in a separate Massachusetts criminal case.
