Los Angeles — Television personality and model Angela White, known professionally as Blac Chyna, has submitted a previously signed non-disclosure agreement to a Los Angeles court as part of an ongoing legal dispute with her ex-boyfriend, musician Twin Hector. Filed on July 22, the confidential NDA was originally executed during their roughly three-year relationship, which ended in 2023, and includes a $5 million liquidated damages clause for any breach. The document seeks to strictly limit what Hector can say or reveal about White’s personal life, her business activities, and her two minor children, and it has been entered into the record as supporting material in the couple’s broader legal battle. The agreement identifies Hector as the “Obligor” and states that he acknowledged he would be exposed to private information about White, her mother Shalana Jones-Hunter, known professionally as Tokyo Toni, and White’s children King Cairo Stevenson, whom she shares with rapper Tyga, and Dream Kardashian, whom she shares with reality television personality Rob Kardashian. The NDA prohibits Hector from publicly or privately disclosing information about the White or Jones-Hunter families, including their personal relationships, finances, budgets, client lists, and trade secrets, and specifically references White’s brands Lashed and 88-Fin. It also bars him from filming, photographing, or recording White or any other “Protected Persons” without written consent. Both White and Hector have accused one another of physical abuse in the ongoing dispute.
