Viral Video Captures Violent Brawl Between Employee and Customer at Sacramento In-N-Out

SACRAMENTO, California – A violent altercation between a female employee and a female customer at an In-N-Out Burger in the city’s Arden-Arcade neighborhood has drawn widespread attention after video of the incident spread rapidly on social media. The confrontation took place in the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the restaurant near the intersection of Alta Arden Expressway and Wright Street. Bystander footage shows the pair trading multiple closed-fist punches near the order counter and cash registers, with the employee appearing to gain the upper hand before several coworkers rushed in from behind the counter to separate them. During the struggle, a wig worn by one of the women fell to the floor, prompting audible reactions from onlookers inside the restaurant. After employees initially broke up the fight, video appears to show another worker behind the register attempting to throw an unidentified object toward the customer as verbal hostilities continued. The customer eventually exited the immediate service area, although shouting persisted. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, a 911 call reporting a physical disturbance involving an employee and a customer was received at about 2:00 a.m., and deputies have opened an investigation into the incident and the circumstances surrounding it.
