Ganderbal — On July 13, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Kishore chaired the District Level Implementation Committee meeting under Mission YUVA, reviewing the pace of sanctioning and disbursement for the flagship self-employment programme and considering beneficiary cases for approval, while instructing departments and financial institutions to expedite processing and support aspiring entrepreneurs. This week the DC directed concerned officers, implementing agencies and banks to enhance coordination, strengthen output tracking and closely monitor established units to ensure beneficiary enterprises receive continuous handholding; Rising Kashmir reported that 267 beneficiary cases were approved on Monday as part of these measures.
