In Chicago on Saturday, June 27, 2026, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and Dutch DJ Martin Garrix made an unannounced appearance at a wedding reception at the Adler Planetarium. The surprise visit was arranged after the bride’s brother, Mike Kindelin, sent Garrix a direct message on Instagram asking him to visit because his sister, Tessa Kindelin, could not attend Garrix’s nearby concert at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island.
