Harris County court records state that Harden was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail shortly before 5:00 a.m. local time. The complaint alleges he had an unholstered handgun inside his vehicle. The charge is a Class A misdemeanor under Texas law, carrying up to one year in county jail and possible fines. Harden posted a $100 bond and was released within two hours. A preliminary court appearance is scheduled for Monday, June 22, at 9:00 a.m.
